Black people were recognized as a source of strength and resilience so much so that we were stolen from our original homeland to build this nation. Despite being denied human rights, even today, there are more than 40 Million Black people living in America and we have amassed enough wealth to spend $1.4 TRILLION annually in this country.
IBP is a non-profit entity that will “connect” leading, successfully reverenced and influential Black people with aspiring Black people of various backgrounds to help them to also become “Iconic” in their own right.
Join Us in the Quest to further elevate Black people who are seeking to succeed in their business endeavors, and in building capacity of Black organizations and businesses with greater sustainability in their areas of work…yes. Work.

Six (6) ICONIC Black People will be selected and honored Twice a Year. An Honorary Event will be hosted to Award these people with an IBP Award. The day following this quintessential event, each IBP Leaders will lead a 2-hour mentorship session with a group of 3 ENTREPRENEURS THAT HAVE BEEN SELECTED FROM THOSE THAT ARE NOMINATED. ONLINE!!
Those 3 Black men or women (young and old) who are entering a field or profession are those who have been nominated and selected to benefit from having a mentorship session with a successful Iconic Black Person and receiving $1,000 each.
