To source and sponsor/provide educational support for people in need of mentoring and secure mentoring/educational opportunities for them with successful people in their respective fields. 

To create a social environment of self-determination, self-respect, dignity and cooperation that encourages economically distressed persons seeking success in their desired and chosen fields to have successful mentors to help connect them to resources to reach their life goals and aspirations. AND, to do the same for organizations, primarily non-profit community-based organizations, that need capacity-building assistance in order to attain sustainability, success and even potential growth.
