MAILING/SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen and we will do what we can to make it right.  Here’s the legal jargon.

Shipping 

We utilize USPS for all of our shipping needs.  Orders typically arrive in 7-14 days after your order has been placed. However, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, mail deliveries could take longer.   Please note orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

All orders over $150 receive FREE USPS SHIPPING. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this current time.

Cancellation

Orders that are canceled after an order has been placed and printed, but prior to shipment will be subject to a Cancellation Fee based on the total order value. Cancellation fees are 15% of the order value.

Returns

Because we deal in Custom work our items/goods are exempt from being returned unless an IBP item is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. IF this is the case, you must email us for a contact form  and RMA number within 14 days of receipt of your products. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at info@iconicblackpeople.com  and make a request an RMA number.

Reference your order/invoice number. Tell us what is wrong.
If possible, take a photo of the issue (we may request this later).

Return your product in original packaging.
We will respond within 7 business days of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not acceptable for credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus shipping cost), within a certain amount of days.

Apparel Items that have been used/washed, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles.  We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@getprintedshirts.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you by the gift giver, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
